Our founders
Founded in 1979 PGS & Associates. Has since grown organically as well as inorganically, and is currently lead by its Partners Dilip Joshi, Premanand Shivagunde and Premal Gandhi, who together have over 75 years of experience including that of having worked in the Big 4.

Dilip Joshi having experience of over 40 years and has handled Audit, Direct Tax matters and FEMA compliance work of various domestic and multinational companies in various industries like pharmaceutical, agro, insurance, logistic and supply chain management, software development and BPO services and IT enabled industry.

PREMANAND SHIVAGUNDE (CA, DISA and BCOM)
Premanand Shivagunde having experience of over 30 years and has handled Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation (Litigation as well as Compliance), Corporate Law matters as well as FEMA Compliances. He acts as a Business Consultant right from conceptualization to implementation and follow through.

PREMAL GANDHI (CA, DISA, DIPIFRS and B COM)
Premal Gandhi having experience of over 15 years including Big 4 accounting firm, and heads the Audit & Assurance division, he handles reviews, due diligences of companies across different sectors and of varying sizes, right from start-up to large corporations. He has successfully devised and rendered professional services in designing systems for Internal controls and effective MIS reporting.

PRITESH MEHTA (CA, DIPIFRS and B COM)
Pritesh Mehta having experience of over 4 years and has handled Auditing Direct taxation (Litigation as well as compliances), Cyber security and DP Audits. He handles Statutory as well as Tax audit across different segment consist of service industry, Insurance, Pharma, Warehousing, Manufacturing and many more.
